Rexulti Canadian Class Action Settlement

Canada-wide settlement for eligible Rexulti users. The Superior Court of Quebec approved a $4.75M settlement. On July 27, 2026, class counsel announced that the Court had extended the claim deadline from July 27 to August 27, 2026. MNP is the court-appointed administrator.

Submit it as soon as possible and no later than the extended deadline.

People in Canada, including estates and family members where applicable, who were prescribed and took Rexulti between February 16, 2017 and August 23, 2025 and experienced compulsive gambling, hypersexuality, compulsive shopping or spending, or binge-eating may qualify.
