Rexulti Canadian Class Action Settlement: Who Can Claim and How to File

The Canadian Rexulti class action settlement is open for claims. The current class-counsel update says the claims deadline was extended to August 27, 2026. What the court's approval means

The Superior Court of Québec approved the settlement as fair, reasonable and in the best interests of class members.
