1. WestJet Stampede Sale: booking deadline passed July 13

WestJet's Stampede Sale booking deadline passed on July 13, 2026. The sale required booking by 11:59 p.m. MT on July 13, 2026 for travel through April 30, 2027. The sale covers all destinations on wholly operated WestJet flights, and WestJet lists no blackout dates. If you booked, keep the confirmation and fare rules; so review the booking details.

2. Stack Wealthsimple's current public offers

Wealthsimple has three public opportunities worth checking this week. New clients can earn a $25 referral bonus after opening an account and funding it with at least $100 within 30 days.

The July Monthly Millionaire contest runs from June 25 to July 29, 2026. Register and fund a chequing account to start with 500 entries, add entries through eligible savings, transfers and referrals, and double your total entries when you set up direct deposit. The next listed weekly draw is $75,000 on July 16, followed by $100,000 on July 23 and the $1 million draw on July 30. This is a contest entry opportunity, not a guaranteed payment.

If you have at least $25,000 in investments to move from another institution, register before transferring and the 1% Match can pay 1% of eligible net transfers up to $2 million, for a maximum $20,000 bonus. 3. Visit Canada's national parks for free

The Canada Strong Pass is the strongest family-value opportunity in this roundup. From June 19 through September 7, 2026, Parks Canada offers free admission and 25% off eligible camping and overnight stays. For Parks Canada admission, there is no physical pass to carry and no registration step to complete. Plan the park visit, then use the savings at the gate or when booking eligible overnight stays.

The same program adds VIA Rail savings: children and youth aged 17 and under can travel free in Economy class with an accompanying adult using code CANADAFAM, while travellers aged 18 to 24 can save 25% on eligible Economy fares with code CANADA1824. Both VIA Rail offers are valid for travel through September 7.

4. Watch the World Cup final for free

The World Cup's final week brings free fan-festival viewing in Vancouver and Toronto. Vancouver's official FIFA Fan Festival at Hastings Park runs through July 19 with free general admission, match broadcasts on large screens, live music and interactive fan activities.

Toronto's FIFA Fan Festival at Fort York National Historic Site and The Bentway also runs through July 19. General admission is free, but every guest needs an advance digital ticket and the current FIFA visitor guide says the free general-admission tickets have been claimed. Check the official page before travelling so you know the current availability and capacity rules.

5. Buy 3 grocery products, get a free movie

Buy three participating products in one in-store transaction from Dempster's, POM, Bon Matin, Villaggio, Little Bites, Vachon, Hostess or Mi Tierra, then upload the receipt to receive a Cineplex ticket code after approval. There are 12,000 movie offers, and the code can be used for a regular Cineplex ticket to The Super Mario Galaxy Movie through August 31, 2026.

Submit while quantities last. The official rules say the offer period ends August 7, 2026, or earlier if the 12,000 codes run out. That makes this a grocery purchase worth planning before the offer closes, not a promotion to leave until the end of summer.

6. Buy 2 Footlongs, get 1 free

Subway Canada is advertising a free Footlong when you buy two Footlong subs and use code 3SUBS. It is the easiest group-order win in this week's roundup: choose two sandwiches, add a third, then apply the code online or in the app.

7. $1 iced coffee and fountain drinks

McDonald's Summer Drink Days offer $1 plus tax small fountain drinks and regular iced coffees at participating Canadian restaurants through September 7, 2026. The app also advertises $1 any-size fountain drinks and $1 small or medium iced coffees after you select the offer.

Flavoured iced coffees, additional toppings and delivery are excluded. For the lowest price, order in the restaurant or select the eligible offer in the McDonald's app.
