CAF members enrolled between April 17, 1985 and January 10, 2025, alive on June 6, 2024, who experienced racial discrimination or harassment may qualify.

Questions about this settlement
Does it cost anything to receive settlement money?
No. A court-approved settlement administrator does not charge class members a filing or payment-release fee. The court reviews class counsel fees separately.
What records should I keep after filing?
Save a copy of the submitted form, the confirmation page or email, the claim number, and every supporting file you provided. Keep later administrator emails with those records until the payment arrives or the claim receives a final decision.
